Approving an outline spends a single credit, however many lessons come out of it.

Editing, re-verifying and accepting Curator proposals are all free.

Unused credits do not roll over. Run out often and the seat price is wrong for you.

What counts as a learner seat?: A person who has been assigned at least one course in the billing month. Someone who never gets assigned anything is not a seat, and removing a person frees their seat at the next cycle.
Do authors count against seats?: No. Anyone can create, edit and publish courses at no cost. You are only billed for the people being trained.
What happens when I run out of credits?: Existing courses keep working and learners keep taking them. You just cannot start a new generation run until the next cycle, or until you top up.
Can I export my courses?: You can export completion and pass data as CSV today. Exporting course content to an LMS is not in the first version — if that is a blocker for you, tell us, because it moves up the list when people ask.
What happens to a learner mid-course when I republish?: Nothing. Assignments pin a course version, so a person who started v2 finishes v2. New assignments get the new version.
Is my material used to train anyone else's model?: No. Your sources are yours, isolated per session, and never pooled across customers. The privacy policy spells out exactly where they go and how long they stay.
