Features

A crew of agents, two human gates.

Each stage needs judgement and the ability to go back to your sources and check.

The pipeline

Five stages run unattended. Two wait for you.

  1. 01

    Ingestor

    Reads everything

Parses uploads and links into addressable chunks — the things a citation later points at.

  2. 02

    Architect

    Proposes the shape

Derives objectives and an outline sized to the material. If there is no course in there, it says so.

  3. 03

    Author

    Writes the lessons

Drafts each lesson from the sources, citing the span behind every substantive claim.

  4. 04

    Assessor

    Writes the exam

Writes questions against a blueprint, one per objective, with real distractors.

  5. 05

    Verifier

    Tries to break it

Hunts unsupported claims and uncovered objectives, and sends them back.

  6. 06

    Curator

    Watches it after launch

Flags lessons when a source changes. It proposes; it never republishes.

The two gates

Deliberately two, and deliberately these two.

1

Approve the outline

Objectives and the lesson list, before any prose exists. The cheapest moment to catch a wrong turn.

2

Approve the publish

Lesson by lesson, citations inline. Nothing reaches an employee that a person has not read.

Grounding is the whole product

Trust is the problem. A citation on every claim is the fix.

  • Cited spans come back with exact character and page locations, not a vague source list
  • Learners see the sources too, not just the author — the citation is part of the lesson
  • The Verifier checks claims against the corpus, and sends the ones that fail back to be rewritten
  • Sources are immutable once ingested, so a changed document is a new version you can diff

What it does not do

Worth knowing before you spend an afternoon on it.

  • No video or audio generation — CourseSaga writes, it does not produce media
  • No SCORM or xAPI export, and no LMS or HRIS integrations yet
  • No live cohorts, discussion threads, or certificates
  • The app speaks English and Spanish; generated course content is English only
  • We can help you build compliance material, but we make no claim that a CourseSaga course satisfies any specific regulation

See it on your own handbook

The free tier is one course and five learners — enough to judge whether the output is worth the rest of the conversation.
